Created in collaboration with James Mazzocchi, the Automatic Parts Creator is built for real scoring workflows in Sibelius.
Set up a score as a template, then generate every part as its own file—each one following that template’s layout—so players get materials that match your house style without rebuilding layout from the full score each time.
Features
1. Automatic part-file creation
Choose a Sibelius file to use as the template, then click Create Parts. The tool creates a separate file for each part, following the template layout.
Ideal for contexts where maximum flexibility is required, as you are completely independent of the full score.
2. Part selection
Use the Options Drawer to pick which parts to process.
Each row includes a convenient control to open the generated file when it already exists.
3. Create PDFs of your parts
Turn each generated part into a PDF with the PDF Make Parts button.
A separate control also creates a PDF of the full score when you need it.
